Account deletion

You can delete your ZuvExpress account, and the personal data attached to it, at any time. There are two ways to do it: inside the app, or without installing the app — by sending a request to support.

1. Deleting in the app

The fastest route is from inside the app:

• Open the Profile section.
• At the very bottom of the page, tap the red "Delete account" button.
• In the confirmation dialog choose "Yes, delete".
• We send a 6-digit code by SMS to your account's number. Enter it.

Once the code is confirmed, your personal data is deleted immediately and you are signed out. This action cannot be undone.

2. Without the app — sending a request

If you have already uninstalled the app, or do not have your phone with you, send a request through one of these channels:

In your message, give the phone number registered on the account and say that you are asking for the account to be deleted. Before acting on the request, support may ask you to confirm that the number really is yours — this is what stops someone else from deleting your account.

Never send your card number, PIN or Click password — we do not ask for them and we do not store them.

There is no form on this page: requests are accepted through the channels above.

3. What is deleted

When the account is deleted, the following is removed from our systems:

• Your first and last name and profile details.
• Your phone number. The number is released — you can register again with the same number later if you want. That will be a completely new account; the old history is not attached to it.
• Your profile photo — not just the link, but the file itself is deleted from storage.
• The addresses in your orders — pickup and delivery addresses, their coordinates, your notes, the recipient's name and phone number, the delivery signature and the confirmation code.
• SMS confirmation codes (OTP records).
• Comments you wrote in ratings (the text). Stars — see section 4.
• The text of your support requests and your Telegram chat identifier.
• Payment links — your phone number inside the Click checkout link is deleted too.
• Additionally for drivers: your car's make, model, colour and licence plate; your average rating; legacy payout details; the history of which orders you declined; your location trail. Any open connection to the order feed is cut immediately as well.

Data held on the device itself is cleared too: your saved addresses — "Home", "Work" and the list of recently used addresses — are removed from the device when the account is deleted (and also when you sign out). Other local settings, such as language choice and theme, are not tied to the server and go with the app when you uninstall it.

4. What is kept, and why

Order and payment records are not deleted. Tax and accounting law requires financial transactions to be retained for a set period, so we cannot delete those records. What is kept:

• Order records: date, status, amount, commission. The personal fields listed above (name, phone, address, coordinates) are stripped out of them — the record survives as an anonymised financial entry.
• Payment records: amount, status, payment date and the Click transaction id.
• Subscription records and manual adjustments made to them (for example days added by an operator).
• Rating stars — a rating you left shapes someone else's average, so the number stays; the text you wrote is deleted.
• The "skeleton" of a support request — its status, category and date. The text you wrote is deleted.

Separately, payments made through Click are also recorded in Click's own systems. Those are governed by Click's own rules and we cannot delete them on your behalf.

5. When deletion is temporarily refused

There are two cases where deletion does not go through straight away:

• You have an order still in progress. If an order you are part of — as a customer or as a driver — is still under way, the account cannot be deleted, because the other side would be left with an anonymous counterparty. Finish or cancel the order, then try again.
• A driver subscription you paid for has not run out. If the time you paid for is still running, deleting burns it and there is no refund. So you wait until the period ends. The 48-hour grace window does not block deletion.

Staff (administrator) accounts cannot delete themselves — they are removed by another administrator.

Both restrictions are temporary: once the reason is gone, deletion works normally.

6. How long it takes

If you delete with the button in the app, personal data is removed immediately. If the request comes through support, we carry it out within 30 days. That is the same period published in sections 4 and 5 of the Privacy policy.

7. If you used to order through the Telegram bot

Our ordering bots were shut down on 4 August 2026 — orders are now placed only in the mobile app. Support is the only thing left on Telegram, and the /ochirish command went away with the bots.

If you never installed the app and only used the bot back then, you do not have an app account — the in-app button does not apply to you. The data stored at the time (your Telegram identifier, your name, your phone number and the orders you placed through the bot) is still held and will be deleted on request. Get in touch through the channels in section 2 and include the phone number you used then. These requests are handled manually — within 30 days.
