Terms of use
By using the ZuvExpress app or website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. Service description
ZuvExpress is a digital platform that connects customers (people ordering a delivery) with independent drivers. We do not employ drivers and we do not own vehicles. ZuvExpress is an intermediary technology platform.
2. Customer obligations
- Provide accurate information (name, phone, address).
- Pay the driver in cash on time.
- Treat the driver and the vehicle with respect.
- Do not send items prohibited by law (drugs, weapons, explosives, or other illegal items). Zuv Express assumes no responsibility for the delivery of items prohibited by law and reserves the right not to involve itself in the consequences of liability for illegal orders.
- Obtain the recipient's consent before entering their name and phone number.
Responsibility for the recipient's data. The name and phone number of a third party — the parcel's recipient — are entered by you. You warrant that you are entitled to share that data and that the recipient is aware it will be used for the delivery. We use it only to fulfil the order. If a recipient contacts us about their data or asks for it to be deleted, we will act on the request. Responsibility for data shared without permission, or that is inaccurate, rests with the sender.
3. Driver obligations
- Hold a valid driving licence and valid documents.
- Keep the vehicle in a safe condition and service it regularly.
- Maintain insurance for the vehicle (compulsory under MBMS).
- Treat customers with respect and drive safely.
- Do not break the law or traffic regulations.
- Pay the monthly fee for the chosen plan on time.
4. Driver payments
To use the platform, a driver pays a monthly subscription for the plan they choose. ZuvExpress takes no commission on orders — beyond the subscription there is no other platform fee. If a price or plan terms change, notice is given through the app before the change takes effect.
- Monthly plan (subscription): Start — 99,000 som (up to 7 orders per week), Prime — 299,000 som (unlimited orders, and new orders shown first), paid via Click. Every new driver may complete one order free; a plan is required from the second order onward. The plan can be changed each month; there is no auto-renewal.
- 0% commission: ZuvExpress takes no percentage of any order. Whatever your plan, the full fare is paid in cash directly to the driver; the subscription is the only fee the platform charges.
- Plan features: the benefits included in each plan are described in the app and on the pricing section and may be updated with advance notice.
- Grace period: you can renew within 48 hours after the paid period ends — the account stays active throughout that window.
- After the grace period ends: no new orders are accepted. As soon as you pay, you are working again.
- No refunds: payments already made (subscription fee) are not refunded. If a technical error occurs, contact support.
5. Customer payments and "Tezkor" mode
The customer pays the order price directly to the driver in cash. ZuvExpress does not collect the order amount itself — the money passes directly between the customer and the driver. Receipts are issued by the driver.
If no driver is found for your order within 2 minutes, the app may offer the optional "Tezkor" (express) service: pay 5,000 som via Click and your post moves to the top of the driver feed and is shown in a wider search radius. This is a promotion service: finding a driver is not guaranteed.
6. Route announcements
A driver may announce, in advance, a route they are driving themselves — which city to which city, and when it departs. The announcement is visible to customers in the app, and also at a public link that opens without the app.
An announcement does not create an order or a contract. The customer contacts the driver directly, by phone; price and any other terms are agreed between them on their own. ZuvExpress is not a party to that arrangement and is not responsible for its making or performance.
When a new announcement goes up, ZuvExpress sends an SMS to customers that driver has delivered a parcel for in the past six months. If you do not want to receive such SMS, turn it off in the app under Profile → "Route SMS" — once you do, you will not receive any more route-announcement SMS. You can also contact support with any questions.
Posting a route requires an active subscription plan. How many routes can be posted in a day depends on the plan chosen: Start — up to 1 per day, Prime — up to 3 per day.
7. Limitation of liability
ZuvExpress operates as a platform. Direct responsibility for delivery quality, the condition of the vehicle and the driver's conduct lies with the driver. That said, we review complaints and remove drivers who commit serious violations from the platform through our system.
8. Account suspension
We may suspend an account temporarily or permanently in the following cases:
- Serious breach of these terms.
- Unlawful conduct.
- Putting other users at risk.
- For drivers: prolonged non-payment of the subscription fee.
You can also delete your own account at any time: in the app via Profile → Delete account, or without the app via the account-deletion page. What is deleted, what is kept and when deletion is temporarily refused is set out in sections 4 and 5 of the Privacy policy.
9. Dispute resolution
Any dispute arising from the service must first be settled amicably. If no agreement is reached, disputes are heard by the courts of the city of Tashkent in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. You can open the current version from inside the app at any time. Continuing to use the service after changes are published counts as acceptance of the new terms.
